“Avoid this hotel at all costs.Checked in on March 23rd and the air conditioning in our room was completely broken. In Punta Cana. The front desk offered zero solutions — no room change, no fix, nothing. We had to leave the same night without ever using the room.To make it worse, the hotel refused to issue any refund whatsoever. We paid in full for a service we never received and they kept every single dollar. Absolutely shameful. Book anywhere else.”

“The staff was very friendly and respectful, with good recommendations of where to go. The locations is fairly central, but you need to take short uber drives to most places. About a 3 minute Uber to a lovely shopping mall,restaurant and clubs. About 15 mins to the beach. The indoor green space reminded me a lot of Spanish Architecture. The breakfast was made to order and was fairly flexible with what they could accomodate, leave at least 30 minutes for it to be prepared. The rooms are on the……

“I am extremely satisfied with my stay at El Navegante Hotel in Bayahibe! Check in process was easy. 24 hours before my expected arrival I sent the host a message through the expedia app and she responded with my room number and lock code to enter the room. I found the code lock to be extremely handy so I didn't have to worry about losing a key or key card while at the beach. This property is an apartment style building right in the neighborhood.
